Coating Thickness Gauge Pocket-Surfix®
Pocket-Surfix® is an exceptionally small hand-held coating thickness gauge with integrated probe, for fast, practical and precise coating thickness measurement.
The Pocket-Surfix® is ideal for the non-destructive testing of:
- all non-ferrous coatings such as varnish, paint, enamel, chrome, copper, zinc, etc on steel and iron (magnetic induction method) and
- all electrically insulating coatings, such as varnish, paint, anodizing coatings on non-ferrous metals, also on stainless steel (eddy-current method)
- dual-purpose gage for measurement on steel and on non-ferrous metals
- automatic ferrous/non-ferrous substrate recognition. Always measures correctly
- no calibration necessary unless required
- easy-to-operate menu structure in display. Instruction manual is supplied with gauge, but not necessary for operation.
